Will the information I provide to Freenet be kept confidential?
Yes. We care about our customer's privacy, and as such we will not sell or rent our customer's information to anyone. You may however, from time to time, receive an email from us or our affiliates regarding new features, upgrades, new add-on services, etc.
How can you provide free services?
Our basic services are free; however, there will be a charge for additional services or features if you need them. Freenet assures you that there are no hidden fees, no purchases required, no restrictions-- and no catches.
Can I use it for my company?
Yes. You can use Freenet as you would any other conferencing service provider: for long-distance staff meetings, sales and training sessions, demonstrations—tailored to your own business needs to eliminate travel time and reduce expenses.
Do I need to sign a term contract?
No. All of our services are provided without signing a term agreement. However, you will have to follow the service agreement and its policies and procedures.
How many participants can I have on my conference call at the same time?
You can have as many as 100 people on the same call.
If I am overseas how do I use your service?
You can still register for the service and use VOIP provider service such as Vonage or others dial in or you may direct dial into the service.
Can I use your service in conjunction with a Web conference provider?
Yes, you can. Simply use Freenet for the audio portion of the conference
